First, gather several of the older men in the town and have a loud, seemingly argumentative but probably not, discussion in Italian. My interpretation of this conversation, based on what I saw next, was that they determined they were all taking their boats out and who was going first. But don't hold me to that. I don't speak Italian.
Then get some of your buddies to help you roll your boat down the street (where they are all parked) to the boat launch area.
Now that you are at the boat launch area - A CRANE - get the boat men to help you strap your boat in.
Watch your boat fly into the air and move towards the cliff.
Make sure the other men in the town are watching and commenting.
Fly boat fly!
Run around and down the stairs to get your boat.
Pull boat close enough, so you can get in.
Get in.
Make sure boat helpers are keeping an eye on you.
Send rope back up for next boat.
Paddle out.
And the next boat is basically the same except...
...once he's out, he paddles over to the swimming area
and picks up his lady friend.
