One of Vanessa's many friends is a reporter for one of the local free papers, and when something as momentous as killing Osama bin Laden happens, you are pretty much required to quote an American. I was the lucky American.
Little did I know that my quotes were going to be (somewhat) pitted against the quotes of the Otago Muslim Association chairman, but c'est la vie. It's not too bad an article.
