As mentioned in the Rainy Day in Dunedin post, at most coffee shops, you get a fern on top of your espresso drink. Seeing it done is pretty cool, and today, Master Barista o' Dunedin (and close friend of Vanessa's), Sheryl demonstrated how she does it for our cameras.
