It took an hour and a half to park, but it was a nice journey.

The Ardenne Forest which Spa sits in the middle of...
Sharing the road...the very very narrow road.
The view from where we finally parked.
Us at our seats...decked out in support of Lewis Hamilton
Greenpeace protestors on motorized paragliders being chased by the police helicopter

After the race, the spectators invade the track - so cool!
More Greenpeace protestors - have now figured out that they are protesting Shell, the race sponsor. There were lots of police right below them.
Signs were stolen.
Babies were photographed.
Fins supported their driver with gusto.
Todd was happy.

If you have ever wondered what it's like to be at an F1 race, I offer you this video. The highlights:
0-31 seconds: the start (not in our view) and them whizzing past us
32-1:49ish - twiddle your thumbs as they go around the track
1:49ish - you can hear them again but not see them
2:16 - they whiz by us again
Luckily, as the race progresses they get more spread out and someone is always zooming by, but until that happens, this is what it's like.
On to Paris...and in two weeks, we'll do this again in Italy!
