We love The Meyerson Group!

Back home in Silver Spring, MD, there is something that we love - our house!  And we have a fantastic management company that we wanted to thank for watching over our little house and our renters.  

I found The Meyerson Group through our friends, Katie and Jim.  I was telling Katie about looking for a management company to look out for our house while we were gone, and she recommended The Meyerson Group, the company managing the house she was renting.  We met with Judy Meyerson and signed up!  Judy was a great assistance to us as we prepped the house for rental, from what paperwork we needed for the Montgomery County to handling all the interested parties and finally the actual renters.

Since we've been in New Zealand, she and her team (Kathleen and Ronit) have been really amazing. They pass on requests from our renters immediately, help us problem solve, and work with their handyman to get things taken care of as soon as possible.  When we feel guilty that our renters have had a few problems that we've never experienced in four years of living there, Kathleen calms us down saying that, in her experience, things like this go in cycles, and it would be happening to us if we were there.  Maybe they can still manage the house when we move back in it?  :)  

Thanks to email, our American phone line, and this great group of professionals, we know our little house is surviving just fine without us.  Thanks Meyerson Group!
