A Three Building Graffiti Mural

The first time we rode by these three buildings on the S Bahn, I didn't have my camera out.  Needless to say, the next morning, I was primed and ready.  This mural extends across three buildings, and while I don't think I can grasp everything, I think I get the (very) basic idea.

On the first building, these characters are holding the black strings that go up onto the next building.

When you get to the middle building, you can see the strings are connected to members of the Bundestag (parliament).

And then the papers that the Bundestag are using? working on? float on over to the third building where these characters examine them and seem quite upset about them.
